Meet-Tracy-CPSS-staffTracy

After working in the dental field for several years, I joined Cosmetic & Plastic Surgery Specialists as the office manager in 2014. In addition to using my skills to keep this practice running smoothly and efficiently, I am simultaneously working on my associate degree in Business Management. I enjoy the camaraderie of the office environment, thrive on the challenges presented by a busy plastic surgery practice, and take pride in working for two trusted and accomplished plastic surgeons. Our focus is to provide a personal and rewarding experience for each and every patient.

When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my three children, being active outdoors, and traveling.

Shelley

Shelley has been employed with the Cosmetic & Plastic Surgery Specialists business office since February 2004. She previously worked in a Pediatric business office for 18 years, so the move to plastic surgery was a great one. When asked to comment on her experience here, Shelley stated, “I have found this specialty to be very interesting. I had no idea of the range of procedures plastic surgeons perform; from cosmetic enhancements to burn patient reconstruction. The staff of Cosmetic & Plastic Surgery Specialists is very experienced and committed to each patient. We work together as a team.”

In her free time, Shelley enjoys spending time outdoors with her two daughters, kayaking, hiking, and relaxing in the north woods.

I feel so blessed to be working with such an amazing group of people. The doctors here are outstanding and the staff is so caring. I feel like they are my second family. I graduated with a marketing degree, but consistently have been in and out of the medical field. When this job came about, I was so excited!! Working for a cosmetic and plastic surgery office is such a rewarding experience. Patients are changed in such positive ways. Everyday I look forward to coming here. I definitely am thankful for this opportunity.

In my free time I like to shop, travel, cook, exercise, and go out for great dinners.

Meet-Heidi-CPSS-staffHeidi

A new marriage (to my junior high boyfriend) brought me from Minnesota to Milwaukee in 2014.  I’ve spent the past 20+ years working in both the Healthcare and Wellness/Spa industries and was hoping to find the perfect job in my new home city.  I truly feel I’ve found it at CPSS!  I’m passionate about building relationships with our patients, while creating a comfortable and welcoming experience within our office.  It’s an honor to be part of a team that can make a difference in people’s lives.

Besides keeping track of our three boys (ages 23, 19 and 12), my husband and I enjoy exploring Milwaukee and the surrounding area.  We also love making visits to our hometown of Appleton.  My true ‘alone’ time is devoted to writing a book about my family’s experience with love and grief.  You’ll hopefully see it on a bookshelf (or e-reader) one day!
