This 23 yo woman was unhappy with her prominent ears and wore her hair long to conceal them. Examination showed absence of the upper two-thirds of the left antihelical fold and superior crus, and absence of the upper half of the right antihelical fold and superior crus; conchal prominence was also present. Six week post-operative photographs showing results of bilateral otoplasty with placement of three conchal-mastoid sutures and five Mustarde sutures on each side.
