Pre-operative exam show generally erythematous and few mildly hyperpigmented atrophic acne scars on the forehead, cheeks and chin, accompanied by an occasional breakout. Five full-face Fraxel laser resurfacing treatments were performed, each spaced three to four weeks apart (cumulative 31kJ and 5300 MTZ/cm2). The post-treatment photographs show the significant reduction in redness and improvement in skin texture fourteen days after the final treatment.
